Frequently Asked Questions
We require a non-refundable deposit of $100 on any goat sell. We do not hold animals without a deposit. Nothing is considered “sold” until payment is received. We operate on a first-come, first-pay basis.
Reservations will also require a non-refundable deposit of $100 and will go in the order of which they are received. Please note, when the goat becomes available, you will be given 24 hours to purchase.
If goat is not picked up by the agreed date, a boarding fee of $5 per day per goat will be applied. If not picked up upon agreed date, the buyer understands that they may forfeit their purchase as well as lose their deposit and the goat may be sold to someone else at any time after this date. Boarding fees will still be a required payment. If we are delivering your goat all transport fees must be paid along with the deposit.
We do not have any guarantees regarding the animal other than being in good health on the day of pickup. We are not responsible for the animal’s health after leaving our care. After pickup, the goat becomes your responsibility.
We reserve the right to retain any kid at any time. We also reserve the right to refuse a sale to any individual or farm at our discretion. We also reserve the right to refuse transport to any individual or farm at our discretion. If you request health certificates or other veterinary services before purchase, all costs associated with this will become your responsibility.
